E-Commerce Build

When a Young eMoto Brand Meets a Great Marketer.

The Starting Point

VXR Moto wasn't just another business that reached out looking for a website. The connection started years earlier, back in high school.

The Story

While the founder of VXR Moto was a sophomore, I was a senior already building websites, experimenting with e-commerce, and developing my skills in web design. I spent much of my high school years working on different online businesses, including my own dropshipping stores. I was also at the top of my web design class, learning how to turn design concepts into real, functioning websites.

He saw the work I was putting in. When he decided to start his own eMoto parts business, he reached out to me. VXR Moto became my second paying customer, but it would eventually become one of the most important projects in the development of Ball Hard Marketing.

This wasn't about creating another ordinary online store. It was about taking a young entrepreneur's idea and transforming it into a legitimate e-commerce business with an identity, online presence, and foundation for growth. I designed and developed a custom e-commerce storefront tailored specifically to the electric motorcycle community. Instead of using a generic template, we focused on creating an experience that riders would actually enjoy shopping through. The website needed to feel like a real brand, not just another dropshipping store.

Within approximately three months, VXR Moto reached its first $10,000+ revenue month. At just 18 years old, the founder had turned his vision into a growing eMoto business within the first few months of operating. The project became an example of what happens when strong web design, effective marketing, and a motivated entrepreneur work together.

The Journey Where It All Began.

The Starting Point

Before Ball Hard Marketing became a business, there was Majestic Medical Billing. This story is different from the others because it wasn't about acquiring a client. It was about helping my mother.

The Story

Back in 2023, I worked for my mother's medical billing company, helping with day-to-day operations as a receptionist. I answered phones, communicated with patients, handled billing conversations, and got an inside look at how a real service-based business operated. Eventually, I stepped away to focus on my own projects and businesses.

But when my mother's business hit a difficult period and needed a new path toward growth, I recognized an opportunity to use the experience I had already developed. I had spent years building websites for my own e-commerce stores and experimenting with different online business models. I understood websites, digital customer experiences, and the importance of bringing the right people to a business. What I needed to do was adapt that knowledge to an entirely different industry.

Rather than treating Majestic Medical Billing like a traditional medical billing company, I approached its online growth as a marketing and business development challenge. I started learning more about service-business marketing, lead generation, positioning, and how to turn an online presence into a reliable source of potential customers. From there, I began improving the company's digital foundation.

The focus wasn't simply to make the website look better. It was to help the business become more visible, trustworthy, and capable of attracting medical practices that needed billing support. Over time, Majestic Medical Billing grew to approximately $15,000 in monthly revenue. The business developed a stronger foundation, better opportunities for lead generation, and a more sustainable direction for growth.

For my family, the progress was personal. Seeing my mother gain more financial freedom and spend less time caught up in the daily pressure of running the business made the project mean more than an ordinary client contract. This experience showed me that the skills I had developed through my own businesses could be applied to helping others grow theirs. It also helped shape the purpose behind Ball Hard Marketing.

From Cold Outreach to a Stronger Digital Presence.

The Starting Point

After seeing what was possible through my previous projects, I began reaching out directly to business owners. I wasn't relying on personal connections anymore. I wanted to prove that I could introduce myself to a business owner, identify opportunities for improvement, explain the value of a stronger website, and turn that conversation into a professional relationship.

The Story

The process started with outreach. I looked at how the business presented itself online, how customers could find information, and whether its website made it easy for visitors to take the next step. From there, the focus shifted toward creating a website experience built around the customer's actual needs.

The goal was straightforward: deliver a professional digital presence that the business could confidently use to represent itself. For Orbit Moto, that meant a dark-mode catalog that matched the modern aesthetic of electric dirt bikes while making technical aftermarket parts easy to explore.

The result was a clean, high-contrast digital hub with category tabs, crisp product galleries, clear specs, and direct lead paths for custom build consultations — a storefront the brand could grow from.

What We Built

A professional digital presence built around the customer's actual needs — a dark-mode catalog hub that made aftermarket parts easy to explore and gave the brand a confident foundation to grow from.

Turning a Growing Brand Into a Complete Online Store.

The Starting Point

As Ball Hard Marketing expanded beyond personal connections and family businesses, new opportunities began emerging through referrals and relationships with other entrepreneurs. One of the next challenges was working with brands that already had an idea, a product, and a clear vision, but needed a professional storefront to bring everything together.

The Story

For a growing brand, design is only part of the challenge. Products must be easy to discover. Collections need to make sense. Customers should be able to navigate confidently, and the overall website should feel like a legitimate brand.

Mayhem Gaming is a founder-owned hardware and peripherals brand currently in development under the Ball Hard umbrella. The project focused on taking the brand's existing direction and translating it into a polished, functional storefront concept — shaped around its products, audience, and visual identity rather than forced into a generic template.

Instead of forcing the brand into a template, the website is being shaped around its products, audience, and visual identity. The result is a stronger foundation for presenting and selling products online as the brand takes shape.

What We Built

A storefront concept shaped around the brand's products, audience, and visual identity — a stronger foundation for presenting and selling products online as the brand develops.

  • Custom e-commerce website design
  • Responsive storefront development
  • Product category organization
  • Collection and navigation design
  • Brand styling
  • Product presentation
  • Mobile shopping experience
  • Conversion-focused calls to action
